• The incumbent will be responsible for Policy, Regulatory Affairs and Research. To maintain regular contact with the key Stakeholders, Regulators, and relevant Ministries/Government Agencies. • Responsible to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, legislators, development agencies, policy advocacy groups, and consumer advocates for achieving the desired objective of the Chamber. • Responsible for writing reports, actively involved in relevant market study & Research on thematic issues. • Work closely with the Executive Director and the designated committees of the organization to develop industry-related policies and strategies according to current worldwide regulations and guidelines; if required, negotiate with policy & regulatory authorities during the development and review process to ensure submission approval and also representing ED & the organization in regulatory proceedings, consultation meetings, legislative hearings, conferences, and other external meetings.
• Post-Graduation from any reputed university is usually the minimum requirement for entry into the profession when applying for roles, candidates to make sure that he/she has a thorough understanding of Corporate Affairs, communication, and operational management.
• At least 5-8 years of experience
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Worked in a Chamber or Association, Stakeholders Communication, Policy & Regulatory Affairs, Research & Publication. • Working experience in research or policy advocacy, think tank organization. • The ability to grasp new concepts quickly and to assimilate data. • Integrity and a professional approach to work. • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bengali.
