• Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, including air, ocean, and road freight, ensuring seamless execution in line with strategic business goals. • Oversee a large-scale operational workforce, ensuring high performance, engagement, and continuous development across departments. • Manage vehicles, ensuring optimal routing, maintenance, cost-efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. • Direct all warehouse operations, including space planning, inventory management, and throughput efficiency, while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. • Drive process excellence through implementation of lean practices, automation, and digital transformation across logistics workflows. • Monitor compliance with global trade regulations, customs laws, and internal safety protocols to mitigate operational risks and ensure timely clearances. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring service excellence, problem resolution, and long-term retention. • Collaborate with vendors, transport partners, and warehouse service providers to maintain SLAs and negotiate competitive rates. • Develop and track performance metrics (KPIs), analyze operational data, and lead improvement initiatives across fleet usage, warehouse productivity, and cost-per-shipment. • Design scalable logistics systems and implement robust contingency plans to ensure business continuity and support future expansion.
• Minimum Graduation (BBA/MBA Preferred)
• Candidates should have 10–15 years or more of relevant experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, with a strong background in warehousing and logistics operations
• Excellent English (speaking, reading & writing) • Good communication & leadership skill
