• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team. • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. • Advising on long-term business and financial planning. • Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support the organization’s growth and profitability. • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to provide accurate and timely insights to the executive team and the governing body. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions Negotiate favorable terms for banking services, such as credit lines, cash management solutions, and interest rates. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. • Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements set by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) and Bangladesh Bank. • Conduct financial analyses and provide insights to support key business decisions, investments, and capital allocation • Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree e.g. FCA, CFA, FCMA is preferred
• Minimum 15 years work experience in leading organizations with proven experience as a Director or similar financial leadership role for 5 years.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and a track record of delivering financial insights to support business decisions. • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with senior executives. • Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking abilities
