• Lead and manage a team of admission counselors, driving the conversion of prospective students into enrolled students. • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all enrollment activities, ensuring the achievement of student admission targets. • Build, mentor, and lead the enrollment team, establishing a premium approach to positioning company’s programs to key target markets. • Develop and execute the Annual Enrollment Plan, ensuring alignment with company’s broader business strategy and objectives. • Craft and implement compelling communication strategies to effectively engage and convert prospective students from diverse geographical and demographic backgrounds. • Oversee call center operations and maximize lead to walk-in processes to drive enrollment. • Utilize expertise in database management and enrollment planning to support targeted recruitment efforts and improve the overall admission process. • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement joint campaigns that enhance outreach, engagement, and lead conversion.
• A master’s degree is essential; international educational exposure is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in student enrollment, preferably within higher education, with a proven track record in achieving ambitious enrollment targets.
