• Develop retail products (Liability & Asset) through PPG documentation, analysis and review. • Responsible to analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, competitive environment, Product Program Guideline (PPG), trends & operating metrics and gather competitive intelligence through primary and secondary means. • Develop new partnership and marketing channels to acquire businesses and deliver product & services to customer. • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to bring innovative solutions. • Prepare the market assessment and target group segmentation analysis for new projects. • Conduct necessary market research and customer lifecycle analysis for development of the product. • Responsible for managing affiliations with external organization & institutions and developing communication content for letters, applications, promotions, brochure, presentations, concept papers, public relationship management, agreements etc. for all the departments. • Generate reports like portfolio report, monthly branch performance, target report, RM performance report as and when required. • Develop retail products (Liability & Asset) through PPG documentation, analysis and review. • Responsible to analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, competitive environment, Product Program Guideline (PPG), trends & operating metrics and gather competitive intelligence through primary and secondary means.
• Should be a University Graduate, preferably with a Business Graduate with Accounting, Finance, Marketing or Management degree.
• Should have a good knowledge of local FI/NBFI regulations.
• Should be able to write and speak fluent English and Bangla. • Should have sound knowledge on MS Office Package (word processing, excel, spreadsheet, PowerPoint).
