• Manage front desk activities like receiving letters/bill and keep track of the bills, attending phone calls, greeting guests, etc. • Assist in recruitment process (CV screening, talk to the candidates and fix interview schedules). • Prepare a data-base reports for management on the monthly recruitment status [time to hire, cost per hire, channel effectiveness, and other metrics] • Assist with data for formulation of new policies, SOPs, etc. • Complete documentation of new joiners and retain the documents in their Personal Confidential files. • Maintain database of new joiners both in System and Excel as well as resigned employees. • Coordinate Induction of new joiners. • Manage and keep track of HR inventory • TA-DA management of Third-Party Sales Force. • Prepare documents in response to employees’ visa related queries. • Issue Air tickets & arrange hotel accommodation for employees and foreign guests. • Manage all HR vendors, like Insurance service provider, Head hunting agency, Outsource employee management agency, HR item procurement vendors, Event management agency & ensure the timely payment in coordination with Finance. • Any other jobs assigned by the HR & Admin Team
• BBA/MBA in HRM from a reputed University • PGDHRM will be added advantage
• At least 1.5-2 years’ experience in HR & Admin Function with the experience of front desk management
