• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and foster a high-performance culture. • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. • Design and execute performance evaluation frameworks to enhance productivity and employee development. • Drive initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, well-being, and a positive work environment. • Establish training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth. • Oversee salary structures, benefits administration, and incentive programs to maintain competitive compensation. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. • Leverage HR analytics and technology to drive data-based decision-making and process efficiencies. • Implement programs to promote a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace. • Provide guidance on employee relations, workplace disputes, and HR best practices.
• Must have degree on HRM from any highly reputed university.
• Must have 15–20 years of experience leading the HR team of a pharmaceutical company. Experience in the HR team of an MNC would be an added advantage.
