• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth across retail and distribution channels. • Plan and implement in-store promotions, merchandising strategies, and trade schemes to enhance product performance. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing activities with overall business goals. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities. • Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to maximize trade partnerships and brand positioning. • Monitor trade marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI optimization. • Develop POS materials, display strategies, and retail execution plans to strengthen brand presence. • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. • Conduct regular field visits to assess market execution, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
• Graduation from reputed University, MBA/Masters Preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in related roles.
• Must have a strong FMCG background with a deep understanding of retail dynamics, distribution networks, and trade promotion.
