• Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, salary disbursement, and compliance with labor laws. • Manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the right talent is brought in for business needs. • Formulate and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with company objectives and labor laws. • Oversee employee compensation structures, incentives, and benefits administration. • Address payroll-related employee concerns, ensuring smooth resolutions and transparency. • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost motivation, productivity, retention and Provide guidance on leadership development, succession planning, and training initiatives. • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, KPI tracking, and career development programs. • Take initiative in solving HR challenges and improving processes independently. • Drive HR automation and digitalization for efficient employee management. • Maintain accurate HR records, employee databases, and HR analytics for strategic decision-making. • Act as a trusted advisor to the senior management on all HR-related matters. • Take full ownership of the HR function, proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
• Graduation in HRM from reputed University, Masters Preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Must have a background in FMCG, with strong knowledge of industry-specific HR practices, payroll management and recruitment best practices.
