• Control and monitor day to day activities of Finance & Accounts Division • Prepare annual Accounts for Board and Statutory Audit • Prepare actual and projected Cash Flow Statement • Prepare monthly/quarterly/half yearly Financial Statement • Manage and operate all bank accounts of the organization • Prepare various financial reports for the Management • Ensure proper controlling and listing of Fixed Assets including conducting physical verification as per Accounts Manual • Assist in preparation of Business Plan and Work Plan. • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures • Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Educational qualifications: CA/CMA/ACCA
• Minimum 10 years of experience (at least 5 years in managerial position) • Proficiency in SAP System and financial management software; Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis • Knowledge of Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Hands on working knowledge in SAP including TRM Module. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
