• Responsible for overall business development and sales in Bangladesh • Responsible for revenue generation based on business targets. Achieve growth and meet sales targets successfully. • Manage key relationships. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them. • Design and implement a strategic business plan that helps expand company’s customer base. • Set objectives for each client offering based on their needs. • Identify emerging territories and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. • Develop and manage a team of best-in-class sales/BD professionals who can contribute to the growth and success of the company. • Represent the company across various forums including government agencies. • Maintain close communication and coordination with internal stakeholders. • Present business plans to the senior management.
• Preferably MBA (specializing in Finance/Marketing) from reputed institute.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales and business development in the B2B segment having experience in Technology Sales, SaaS, Fintech Industry or Banking/Financial Services. • Experience in managing relationships with C-level Executives. • Current/prior experience of working with local regulatory authorities. • Successful previous experience in Sales/BD. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong business sense • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. • Fluent in English and Bengali • Experience in CRM
