• Assist in developing and executing brand strategies, product launches, and Retail Execution. • Plan and manage Budget for BTL marketing, in-store branding, and Retail execution. • Oversee design, production, and placement of promotional materials in alignment with vendor. • Plan and execute events such as product launches, trade shows, and brand activations. • Work with creative agencies to develop marketing materials and maintain brand consistency. • Support affiliated teams with marketing strategies and market insights. • Prepare reports, campaign analysis, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in brand management/Trade Marketing, BTL marketing, or event management/FMCG/Electronics Industry. • Knowledge in POP & POSM materials, specifications, and production processes. • Strong event planning, vendor management, and budgeting skills. • Excellent English communication (spoken and written). • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
