• Utilize various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to performance marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. • Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy to cater to organizational needs. • Manage positive interactions with media, PR activities that is aligned with company strategy including facilitation of marketing seminars, press conferences and advertisements. • Develop brand communication tools, channels and content ensuring that the brand image and message is sustained and enhanced with the internal and external audiences. • Design brand and communications strategy to enhance and facilitate the revenue generation in conjunction with Country Manager. • Develop, execute, measure and optimize integrated marketing communications plans and tactics to effectively promote the service in relevant stakeholders and also makes a positive impact towards the sales functions. • Contribute to the regional and social media strategy as it relates to building brand locally. • Evolve consumer marketing communications toolkit and process to be more efficient, drive greater action and better leverage technology. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for lead generation and growth. • Monitor the performance of all campaign marketing and digital marketing campaigns and optimize them for maximum efficiency and ROI. • Ensure that planned PR activities are defined and executed in time to enhance company’s brand image. • Communicate with the businesses so they are effectively engaged in cross platform activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing
• Freshers having relevant knowledge are highly encouraged to apply. • Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage partnerships and collaboration opportunities. • Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, etc. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders being a good team player. • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on brand engagement and growth.
