▪ Recruitment, Payroll, social compliance & overall administration ▪ Develop and implement Plant HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goal ▪ Bridge management and employee (SFA) relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues ▪ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management ▪ Settlement of employee compensation & benefit issues ▪ Developing, analyzing, and updating factory budget ▪ Performance management of all the Factory Employees (SFA) ▪ Conducting new employee (SFA) orientations and employee relations counseling & Overseeing exit interviews ▪ Maintaining and revising the company’s SFA handbook on policies and procedures ▪ Face audit, Implement & Monitor audit requirement ▪ Handling disciplinary procedures as per law ▪ Ensuring any sort of logistics support as and when basis ▪ Maintaining department records and reports ▪ Ensure healthy working conditions for employees within the unit
