• Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, enhance customer relationships, and drive market share growth in the glass industry. • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for both B2B and B2C channels, including identifying new markets and expanding existing customer bases. • Collaborate with technical leads at the Factory to align product offerings with customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and incentives that drive team motivation and accountability. • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that optimize production and inventory, ensuring seamless product availability to meet market demand. • Oversee demand forecasting, procurement, and logistics functions, aligning supply chain activities with sales and production goals. • Ensure quality control and compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the Supply Chain, especially in handling raw materials and finished products. • Identify, select, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive costs while maintaining strong vendor relationships. • Collaborate with the executive team to develop business strategies that integrate supply chain efficiencies with sales growth objectives. • Lead cross-departmental initiatives, coordinating with production, finance, and quality control to meet company goals and optimize overall performance.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role managing both supply chain and sales functions, preferably in the glass or manufacturing industry. • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain optimization, logistics, sales strategy, and revenue growth. • Proven leadership skills, with a record of building and managing successful teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in supply chain and sales-related software (e.g., ERP, CRM systems).
