• Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, promotion and activation programs; developing field sales action plans • Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer (patient) requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share • Build rapport with key accounts, corporate partners and doctors by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities • Monitor competition and the healthcare landscape in Bangladesh. Analyzes trends and recommends strategies for identified opportunities and risks • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by growing and developing new business opportunities through channel acquisition and expansion: appointment of local partners and maintaining local business networks • Identify marketing opportunities by mapping consumer (patient) requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing & sales department • Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives • Strong business acumen, management and problem-solving skills • Good track record in successful execution of strategic plans • Some domestic travel may be required
