• SO vs target / KFP percentage / AIOT percentage /Zero sales / Zero stock / poor performance Promoter
• Stock Level: DOS per store & region / Inventory by model
• Store Routing: Visiting plan vs result by store level & store type, routing management tools
• Recruitment: promoter stability/recruitment achievement
• Store Hygiene checking /Audit
• Promoter training - Special training required for high and AIOT product
• 30% biz contribution but no dedicated focus
• Check the store SO performance

Required Education

• Graduation from any reputed university.

Required Experience

• 1-3 years of experience is preferred.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.

Salary Range

• BDT 15,000 to BDT 20,000
