Job Description:

• Top Line and Bottom Line Delivery
• Mix and channel management to deliver desired bottom line
• Overall Business Commercials
• Owns Business Planning for the country
• Drives collection, reporting of required current and historical country sales to support category and channel logistics
• Drives sales target-setting for on- ground sales and conducts periodic reviews
• Manages country’s TPI budget
• Executes sales volume and value targets for the country, leveraging sales analytics
• Manages execution of BTL initiatives, if required
• Manages development of TPI and trade schemes in coordination with HO
• Develops TP engagement plan and maintains optimum call cycles to build and strengthen TP relation
• Identifies, evaluates new TP’s and manages conversion of difficult accounts as needed
• Oversees all marketing and key account management activities for the country
• Oversees all sales logistics for the branch for finished and defective goods
• Owns general administration for the country
• P&L
• Driving volume and value delivery
• Works for the commercial requirement and manages financial health of the business
• Managing Channel / Trade Partners
• Decision regarding adding or changing the number of TP’s in the country
• Driving a market campaign, offering credit to TP’s and offering superior payout to the trade partners
• Designing trade schemes for the country in coordination with HO

Required Education

• BBA, MBA.

Required Experience

• 12-15 years of experience in related field.
