• To be the focal point of market and business intelligence in the country by analyzing internal and external information to identify strategic issues and opportunities • Developing and analyzing strategic options to facilitate senior management's decision on direction through the planning process. • Assist the company in planning by leading the budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting process and analyzing the business's key performance indicators for revenue projection. • Develop, communicate, and implement product plans and tactics to increase penetration of the company’s services. • Direct the execution of product plans to achieve the products' growth, profitability, and market share targets. • Work with relevant stakeholders and departments to ensure appropriate product-related processes are established, implemented, and followed. • Work with the marketing communications, pricing, and research teams to develop appropriate product promotional campaigns and programs. • Provide research and analysis on macroeconomic data, competitors' performance, internal performance and opportunities, and develop strategic options to facilitate country management's decision for business planning while aligning with Global and Regional strategies.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with three years in a Product Manager role, preferably from the logistics, freight industry or multinational companies • Knowledge on Microsoft Power BI, Office Suite, and Visio
