• Focused industry drive by analyzing prospects, prioritizing and planning in accordance with internal sales approach. • Manage stakeholders from private and govt associations to support their members as strategic partners. • Manage national and international fairs and exhibitions to support customers' requirements to attend and gain new business orders. • Maintain a relationship with Bangladesh export processing zone authority to understand their requirements and drive business solutions accordingly across different EPZs. • Understand national and global e-commerce ecosystem, latest trends, and technical know-how to support country B2C operation. • Closely work with regional B2C coordinators, roll out priority initiatives, and ensure proper knowledge transfer to support sales force and customers. • Stay connected with country e-commerce associations and regulatory bodies for policy support, and participate in trade fairs and exhibitions to explore possible partnerships to increase B2C penetration. • Identify customer requirements from the shipping and freight market across different industries. • Work on internal readiness capability development with the support of the cross-functional team. • Drive internal and external awareness on capability enhancement, engage customers and sales force to gain market share
• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with two years in business development roles, preferably from the logistics, e-commerce, freight industry or multinational companies. • Microsoft Power BI, Office Suite, and Visio
