• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong track record of success in the health sector or retail sector.
• Capable to lead a nationwide sales team and able to achieve company sales target, company objectives and goals. • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively. • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and sales processes in Bangladesh. • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
