• Responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details issues and risks of multiple projects. • He will be project in-charge and liable/ accountable for all kinds of construction work. • Must be able to study Design/ Drawing of Industrial construction, power plant, high rise building and ensure implement tation of works. • Target-oriented job achievable capacity after confirming the safety and quality. • Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management. • Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies and preparing cost estimates. • Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements. • Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts. • Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and recommending actions. • Coordinate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project. • Communicate with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws. • To monitor the work progress and assess the work quality and specification of BNBC/ ACCORD/ ALLIANCE.
• B. Sc in Civil Engineering from any renowned Public University.
• 12 to 15 year(s) • Experience in working with government offices, including PWD, Architects, MES, EED, National Housing, and other govt. offices will be given preference. • Experience in large infrastructure development works/ industrial construction/ high-rise buildings, and power plants is highly required. • Willing to work in an extended time. • Should have computer skills with MS Office & Auto CAD, Microsoft packages.
