• Supervise preparation of charge documents, collateral charge creation, completion of documentations as per documentation checklist, preparation of disbursement memo as per sanction letter aligned with terms and conditions of credit approval. • Ensure creation of customer profile, loan account opening, limit set up, schedule generation, and required transaction for disbursement in CBS. • Ensure documentation for loan rescheduling, restructuring, renewal, amendment etc. and execution of related transactions in CBS. • Internal and external reporting including regulatory bodies. • Supervise safe custody of charge documents in both electronic document management system and original documents in hard copies • Monitoring and compliance of approval covenant & condition related to CAD. • To ensure the issues related to internal /external/BB Audit regarding credit administration to maintain quality and resolve issues. • To ensure compliance of internal process, policies and guidelines and external rules & regulation, law of the land. • Coordinate with liability operations, legal operations and other functional units under the Operations Department and improve the overall process for extraordinary customer services while ensuring compliance. • Any other tasks as & when assigned by senior management.
• Bachelor degree from any reputed university with sound academic records.
• 8-10 years’ experience in Bank/FI with at least 2-3 years in Credit Administration Division in managerial/supervisory role. • Hands on experience on transactions related to loan disbursement, settlement, classification, rescheduling, write off etc in any standard core banking software. • Hands on experience in CIB reporting and correction, CL reports and other regulatory reports. • Sound knowledge and understanding of different types of customers, loans and their implication on product parameters interest calculations and accounting.
