• He should work under the Team Leader. • Undertake comprehensive analysis of institutional role and capabilities in the sector and advocate for implementation of recommendation and maintenance of institutional stability. • Support the development of sound implementation arrangement to ensure high project readiness and smooth initial project implementation. • Supports the development of high-quality proposals, concept notes and other materials for institutional funders, working closely with the programs and finance teams on project design, ensuring clarity, consistency and a compelling case for funding, and adhering to government guidelines and policies. • Synthesizes CoxDA programs and interventions into clear, compelling presentations, proposals, and reports. • Conducts outreach to and participates in meetings with new and potential donors, especially foundations and corporations, to help cultivate strong relationships and identify new funding opportunities. • Conducts research and maintains ongoing familiarity of specific funding and partnership opportunities with donors and corporations that align with HIAS’ priorities in U.S. resettlement, integration, asylum and legal services. • Identifies opportunities for and supports the development of strategic communications (e.g., blogposts, social media, articles, webinars, etc.) to increase the profile and visibility of CoxDA programs and partnerships. • Prepare guideline for developing and establishing institutional assets management system. • Assist the establishment of professional associations and make sure the association is involved in project development and appraisal.
• At least Bachelor degree in development studies/economic development or other relevant discipline.
• At least five (5) years of experience in the area of institutional development (governance, management, strategic planning, and human resources etc.)
