• Follow up current Air Export/Import shipment. • Make proper plan for upcoming Air Export/Import shipment. • Communicate with overseas partners for shipment/rate/introduction, etc purpose. • Communicate with Airlines, Co-loader regarding current rate/space situation/AWB Stock. • Follow up with local shippers/customers for upcoming/current Air Export/Import shipment. • Monitor DAC Airport Supervisor. • Send rate quotation to overseas partners, local shippers/customers. • Prepare monthly and yearly Budget for Airfreight. • Direct Sales Drive/Business Development in the area of Airfreight. • Sales lead generation, meet budget, forecast. • Fulfill KPI. • Prepare local Invoices against Air Export/Import shipment and send them to local shippers/customers. • Prepare overseas Debit/Credit note against Air Export/Import shipment and send them to overseas partners. • Update day to day shipment(Air Export, Air Import, Air Customs Clearance at DAC airport) database and send them to Top Management. • Assist Accounts department regarding Encashment Certificate against Air Export shipment. • Do Tele Sales with existing/new customers and arrange meeting with them. • Follow up with local shippers/customers for overdue. • Assist colleagues regarding DAC airport Air Customs Clearance job. • Assist Sales personnel with current airfreight rates. • Follow the compliances, Airlines guidelines and customer SOP. • Fulfilment of Budget set by Management.
• BBA/BSS/MBA from any reputed University (with minimum CGPA Scale 3.00 out of 4.00)
• 3-4 Years experience. • Preferred work experience at Airlines, Co-Loader. • Good team player, well-organized, initiative, and detail-oriented. • Good knowledge on pattern making.
