• For new customers, understand the project/ customer plan from Implementation. • Prepare execution plan, charter, risk and issue log. • Do internal and external kick off meeting - clearly set the boundaries defining in scope and out of scope, cost, timelines etc • Follow the set implementation framework and monitor commencement, progress, and completion status of milestones. • For existing accounts and sites, periodic reporting to all stake holders for on ground execution performance parameters • Monitoring site costs and utilization • Manage operations and administration for all sites in the region. • Lead and motivate the team. • Planning growth footprint for execution and creating strategic vendor partnerships to deliver said plan.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 10 years in the relevant field. • Subject matter knowledge w.r.t. Buyer’s consolidation and warehouse management and associated warehouse technology • Good communication, Analytical skills & PnL acumen • Should have good problem-solving skills & should be able to resolve conflicts (both internal as well as with customer stake holders) • Hands on experience in on-ground project execution and reporting • Ability to plan the deliverables across roles and monitor the same on a day-to-day basis • Exposure to key industry verticals of Chemicals (DG/Non-DG), Automotive, FMCD,FMCG, Retail & Lifestyle,Hi-tech • Passion for customers and customer intimacy • Openness to for strategic thinking and tactical delivery • Result orientation and execution drive • Knowledge of key statutory & HSSE compliances • Collaboration and stakeholder management skills
