• Drive the company's financial planning efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Perform risk management by assessing the organization's liabilities and investments and developing strategies to mitigate financial risks. • Make informed decisions on investment strategies, considering cash flow and liquidity risks. • Oversee and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure to ensure financial sustainability. • Monitor and manage cash flow to support the organization's operational needs. • Supervise finance personnel, including controllers, treasurers, and analysts. • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize financial arrangements. • Prepare accurate and reliable financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Establish and oversee the implementation of the company's finance IT systems. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. • Lead and manage a team of financial controllers and analysts.
• BBA & MBA from reputed university. Qualified Charted Accountant /FCA is a must.
• Minimum 12-15 years of Experience • Proven experience as a CFO, finance officer, or similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful financial management. • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. • Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting methods. • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to develop and execute financial strategies. • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. • Analytical mindset with comfort working with complex financial data.
