• Design & implement a quality management system. • Improve SOP on the quality control system. • Ensure AQL (Acceptable quality level) is properly maintained and all kinds of inspection reports meet the buyer's requirements before shipment of goods. • Lead a team of QC/Inspectors. • Identify training needs and provide training to quality checkers and controllers. • Ensure all risk assessment is conducted for each style before commencing bulk production • Monitor the performances of quality control personnel and set standards/targets for KPIs. • Face quality/technical audits and submit CAP. • Ensure all components and materials of production comply with the standards, specifications and requirements of the customer. • Conduct/participate in the pre-production meeting, and provide direction and technical guidelines for ensuring the “first-time right” philosophy. • Assist technicians in checking patterns/specifications and construction. • Maintain liaison with the buyers for any quality issues.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in a science subject.
