• Manage the entire staffing process, including sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting suitable candidates for national and international sources • Create new sources to get quality candidates for senior level recruitment both national and international. • Act as the primary contact for national/international staff health insurance, overseeing benefit claims processing. • Ensure a seamless onboarding and off-boarding experience for employees. • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals based on key performance indicators (KPIs). • Implement and promote organizational policies while ensuring employees' awareness. • Coordinate and maintain accurate employment records for various personnel actions. • Collaborate with the Head of Human Resources to develop and review HR policies and procedures. • Handle staff’s leave and attendance. • Manage corporate SIM cards and resolve related queries and issues. • Prepare a variety of HR-related documents, including employment letters and No Objection Certificates (NOCs). • Update staff employee list, job descriptions and organizational charts regular basis. • Assist in processing visas and work permits for expatriate staff. • Plan and conduct comprehensive new employee orientations to ensure understanding of policies and standards. • Handle disciplinary actions and employee terminations in line with organizational policies. • Perform additional duties as necessary.
• MBA/BBA in Human Resources Management or a related field. • Having PGD HRM degree will get preference
• The candidate must have a proven experience in relevant field for at least 10 years. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively. • Proactive approach to identifying areas for process improvement. • Adequate knowledge in Bangladesh Labor law
