• Facilitate finance business partnering with Marketing/Sales team: Providing insight and support in fact-based decision-making process for Marketing/Trade spend • Participate actively in the strategy development and integrated commercial planning • Optimize Marketing/Trade Spends and ensure that pre and post promotion performance analysis is completed; learning log maintained and key learnings implemented • Challenge non-performing Marketing/Trade activities, if any and drive Quarterly Investment Review process along with business team • Perform variance analysis against budget, identify root cause and take appropriate action • Monitor adherence of internal and external compliance and organization’s Accounting practices by Business team • Support Business Controllers/ Management Accounting team in Business Planning, Dynamic Forecasting, Period-end closing & Reporting, and economic insight to assure/facilitate the optimal use of Marketing/Trade spends
• Business Graduate (Major in Accounting/Finance) with Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) is mandatory
• Minimum 4-5 Year experience in relevant field.
