• Maximizing available resources for full and optimum production and output with the primary objective of minimizing losses. • Responsible for plant production goals. • Takes responsibility for maintaining and/or improving the performance of the machinery. • Ensure that checks are made, and audits taken on the equipment regularly, to detect irregularities. • Propose studies, tests, and measurements to the technical department to improve performance. • Train and develop operators for efficient and effective running of the refinery. • Investigate and troubleshoot plant/process problems. • Run information meetings and make our teams aware of safety, health & environmental issues and check that safety regulations are respected. • Implement and coordinate FSSC, AIB, and ISO standards & objectives. • Develop annual budgets and implement them for continuous improvement. • Perform job-time analysis and implement efficient manpower planning.
• Graduate in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical) / Master’s Degree in Applied Chemistry or Food Technology
• 10-12 years in manufacturing/ food manufacturing organization • Conversant with OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2005 and 22000:2005/HACCP, FSSC 22000 • Understanding of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation related maintenance and troubleshooting.
