• Assessment of training needs for different category employees in coordination with line managers • Play an active role to plan and implement the Competency-Based Management System • Perform Job Design & Redesign (including Job Analysis & Evaluation) • Play an active role for Capacity Building • Act as a core partner for implementation of organization health, safety and environment related strategies • Maintain liaison with Training Institutes in local and also abroad, legal retainer, high officials of Govt./Non-Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ private organizations as and when required.
• MBA with Major in HR
• 10-12 years of working experience in HR fields of any reputed manufacturing organization • Training & Organization Development experience is mandatory
