• Budgeting and Forecasting: Will be responsible for developing and managing budgets for the factory/s. You will be required to work with department managers to develop budgets and forecasts . You need ensure cost are within the budget • Financial Reporting: Will be required to manage the preparation of financial statements as per IFRS • Cost Accounting and analysis: Will be required to prepare the product costing and analyze factory costs and recommend to senior management on how to reduce costs and improve profitability. • Drive cost saving program: Will be responsible for generating cost saving idea and drive Factory cost saving program • ERP roll out: Will be responsible for rolling out SAP in factory, guide / train factory team, be process champion in Factory for Fixed Asset, FICO, PP modules in SAP • Price Quotation : will be responsible to monitor Factory Cost vs Price quotation given to customer • Partner with Plant Head: Will be required to partner / assist Plant head in improving plant performance, improving cost efficiency and improving control in plant • Risk Management: Will be required to identify and manage financial risks associated with the factory's operations. • Compliance: Will be required to ensure that the factory is compliant with all relevant financial regulations, Licenses and laws. You will be required to keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and laws and ensure that the factory is fully compliant. • Inventory and asset management: Will be responsible for ensuring control over inventory and Fixed assets • Supervise team: Supervise finance team at three plants • Others: As advised or communicated by supervisor or management team
• MBA / M. Com / CA part qualified / CMA part qualified
• 4-5 Years of in experience in as Factory finance manager, total year of experience minimum 7-8 years. • Working in SAP (FICO, MM, PP , PQM modules) • Preparing Financial Statement / Product Costing / Factory budget preparation and control • Experience on Factory operation process • Driving Cost saving program
