● Demonstrate HR values and handle HR related activities in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. ● Leads employee engagement activities, LDR, DE&I, Development interventions etc ● Identifies critical roles and responsibilities and manages end to end succession planning for those roles. ● Provides consultancy to functional heads that facilitates taking better decisions ● Connects well across the organization and acts as solutions provider. ● Partner with functional leaders to support on organization structure solutions based on changing business needs, such as facilitating organization changes/people movements, building talents pipeline include drive the talents development and deployment for global functions through collaboration with global network, developing programs to support organization capability upgrade. ● Provide high value expertise to business & function leaders to meet strategic business needs and to support the plan. ● Act as a primary contact to functional managers on all HR services and organizational development strategies and tactics. ● Partner on the implementation of core HR processes and programs and the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion roadmap for the functions. ● Ensure the departments comply with all recruitment policies, required laws and regulations. ● Educating the functional heads about HR process, Systems and Tools. ● Ensure compliance in the hiring process through regular inspections and reporting. ● Act as social counseling lead and support HR Manager to handle the disciplinary cases. ● Possess problem solving qualities and should be able to manage conflicting situations and disruption. ● Build organization’s Employee Engagement culture in line with the Global standard. ● Develop means and ways of cost optimization/rationalization in all activities/systems carried out.
• MBA/Master’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration from any reputed university.
• 8 + years of experience, preferably in manufacturing industry & Multinational Companies. • Good analytical ability & leadership traits. • Conversant with Microsoft Office, Excel & Google. • Possess problem solving qualities and should be able to manage conflicting situations. • Knowledge in legal matters & Labor Laws. • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both bangla & english.
