• Managing the entire recruitment and hiring process for recruiting new staffs at Nationwide & develop a talent management strategy to fill all vacancies in a timely manner. • Conduct onboarding sessions and complete joining process for new joiners • Working to periodic performance appraisal as KPI base and conduct Competency Based Interview. • Preparing Organization Manpower planning, Organogram and maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job Profile for all positions. • Ensure the proper maintenance of all employee’s personnel file and update HRIS from time to time. • Supervising all employee relations matters such as disciplinary actions, grievances, performance, counseling issues in the best possible manner and ensure appropriate feedback through outlets visit. • Oversee the employee confirmation process, issue confirmation letters and handover the letter to concerned person • Assist to arrange employee engagement programs and actively participate whenever required. • Preparing employees monthly attendance report to provide accounts department for payroll process • Prepare all kinds of official letters like employee appointment letter, agreement letter, contract extension letter, discontinuation/termination/dismissal letter, experience certificate, salary certificate, note, notice etc • Handling Leave Management and reduce absenteeism. • Responsible for Employees Final Settlement process • Responsible to prepare different HR related report like Monthly HR Report, HRIS Update, Payroll Forecasting, Final Settlement status for Group HR department. • All kinds of HR related tasks and responsibilities are assigned by Concern Business Head and Group HR department from time to time.
• Graduation from a reputed University preferably in HRM.
• Minimum 05 - 06 years of experience in relevant area
