• Fully Responsible for assigned territory targets. • Manage overall strategy for assigned territory. • Create DD location and achieve target for the assigned territory. • Create exclusive distributor and achieve target for the assigned territory. • Outlining sales strategy, operational min. standards, SOP’s, safety and compliance requirements etc. • Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales objectives as per FC4. • Ensure that 20% of sales are generated through direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels and 80% through distributors. • Develop and implement a direct delivery strategy and plan for the team. • Implement growth strategies (volume, network, and margin) by initiating appropriate measures. • Ensure market growth aligns with the global market and the company's growth strategy. • Monitor sales orders daily and track delivery schedules for the following day (N+1) to achieve sales targets. • Motivate and coach the sales team to reach their targets. • Regularly evaluate individual performance of sales team members based on key performance indicators (KPIs). • Collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve sales objectives. • Identify new markets and customers in untapped areas. • Conduct safety training for distributors, dealers, and end customers (to be implemented in the future). • Ensure compliance with safety standards across the distributor network. • Maintain an updated list of potential distributors to mitigate risks and facilitate contingency plans (Plan B). • Establish and nurture partnerships and relationships with distributors and key dealers.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed institution
• 10 years of experience in Sales function in relevant or in FMCG industry, Min 3 years experience in managerial position. • Experience in organize sales campaign and managing BTL activities.
