1. Develop and execute strategic plans for routine activities in Production & Maintenance. 2. Generate daily production and stock reports for decision-making. 3. Schedule and coordinate diverse process machinery maintenance. 4. Manage electrical maintenance staffing, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and discipline, while enforcing procedures and policies. 5. Achieve operational goals by contributing to strategic planning, maintaining standards, identifying trends, and implementing system improvements. 6. Control inventory, expedites material orders, approves invoices, and ensures equipment functionality through preventive maintenance and timely repairs. 7. Maintain stable electrical supply, oversees energy management, and conducts skill matrix analysis for the Electrical Maintenance team. 8. Support engineering needs, including PLC implementation in different machines and forecasting financial requirements. 9. Ensure safety and compliance with codes, actively participating in health and safety initiatives. Having Sound knowledge on PLC/HMI/Automation. 10. Knowledge on AutoCAD and Health & Safety. 11. Having Knowledge on P&ID, SLD and NDT. 12. Effective leadership, Communication skill with strong analytical and problem-solving ability. 13. Pursue and maintain relevant professional certifications, including PLC certification.
Minimum B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Any advance certificate/ Training will get preference.
4-5 years in Maintenance Department at any compliant industry, 6-8 years in total experience.
