• Cultivating solid relationships with clients. • Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients. • Regularly interacting with clients through phone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings. • Identifying ways to overcome the client's initial dislikes. • Identifying and resolving client queries. • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Cooperate with the rest of the creative team members. • Developing clear and engaging content consistent with the client's brand image and addressing both business goals and consumer needs. • Idea generation, crafting a strategic plan for the client. • Creating, adjusting, and managing the content calendar. • Establishing style guides that specify the brand’s style and tone needed to create engaging content. • Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional market research. • Work with cross-functional teams to establish and articulate internal and external key messages and ensure that content is aligned accordingly.
• Minimum graduate from a public or private university.
• At least 3-4 years’ experience in a similar field. • Having a severe interest in the research part. • Coordination, creativity, vision & aesthetic sense. • Project management, communication & customer service skills. • Creating and managing social media campaigns.
