• Lead the Digital Marketing and Communications team to realize organizational objectives within the framework of operational business plans. • Drive a transformative agenda to boost brand recognition, with the goal of tripling our income over three years. • Collaborate closely with other Department Heads and Leads to rethink communication strategies for income generation. • Work in tandem with the Digital lead and CEO to craft a new organizational Business Strategy. • Develop an internal communications strategy and maintain effective internal communications to engage team members. • Lead and nurture the Digital Marketing and communications team to cultivate a high-performance culture that ensures the successful attainment of department objectives. • Set income targets and establish a comprehensive reporting and analytics framework, including KPIs, ROI, and retention reporting, to derive insights and analysis that enhance business effectiveness • Actively promote and foster understanding of equity, diversity, and an inclusive culture. • Provide detailed feedback to direct reports on performance and development areas. • Mentor and develop skills in others • In-depth knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, encompassing SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, web design, analytics, and more
