• Attend telephone calls of internal & external customers as well as of the stakeholders of Country Office. • Meet and greet the arriving customers and bank’s other stakeholders at the management office. Attend and guide any visitors at the Country Office. • Assisting Country Manager in managing calendars of appointment, meeting, travel and other related arrangement & logistics. • Inbound & outbound travel management for local & overseas bank’s Officials such as air ticketing, hotel booking, visa assistance and other related documentations & logistic support. • Manage documents dispatch & receive of Country Management office and arrange to distribute to concern location/department. • Oversee general administration of other outsourced staff. • Prepare letters, presentation for Country Manager and other senior officials. • Assist with expense management/approval documentation. • Assist in the organization of events campaign etc. • Any other work as may be required from time to time.
• BE in any discipline. MBA - Preferred
• 3-4 years’ work experience in the relevant field • Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and ability to work in high-pressure situations • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and information management skills • Must be self-reliant, resourceful, good problem-solver, good humored, and flexible. • Ability to work independently, efficiently and reliably, to a high standard and to deadlines.
