• Provide the full range of Human Resource services including, recruitment, ongoing faculty and staff employment-related issues, maintenance of the various salary scales for employees. • With the guidance of the Head of Human Resources ensure that all staff complete the Induction and Orientation Programme. • Maintain and organize the HR records to ensure that both physical and electronic systems are up to date and comply with legal and the data protection requirements. • Updating and maintaining staff manuals/ policies. • Prepare various monthly / quarterly reports for the HR department. • Prepare letters and other correspondences from the HR Department. • Planning and organizing various staff training and development initiatives. • Provide guidance to the Senior Leadership Team on any employee relation matters and ensure that they are managed within the agreed framework and spirit of the institution. • Assist in various HR projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field from a reputed university
• 5-7 years of work experience within a Human Resources Department in a reputed organization
• Good working knowledge of core Human Resource areas and processes • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications or related application programs • Good written and oral communication in English and Bangla • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills • High level of resilience: working to tight timelines and managing multiple priorities • Attention to details • Sensitivity to a work environment with people of many cultural backgrounds. • Driven by a strong personal sense of integrity and upholds exemplary quality standards
