• Research and maintain reliable sources of political, economic, and social trends of global cultures. • Maintain a list of key business leaders and government officials. • Liaise with the departments of the Government of Bangladesh (GOB) and local authorities on protocol matters. • Maintain contacts with local police stations, law enforcement agencies, hospitals, fire brigades, and other necessary utility service providers. • Maintain contact with all sorts of media and PR agencies to arrange press conferences. • Maintain liaison with both the internal and external stakeholders of the Company. • Identify security risks and create safety plans. • Obtain approval from relevant Government authorities and embassies during VIP visits. • Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance when required. • Identify security risks and create safety plans. • Prevent etiquette breaches • Manage security operations during high-level diplomatic visits, such as arranging for security personnel, equipment, and facilities. • Be available at any time the Management requires. • Any other relevant task assigned by the Management.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, or in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Protocol In-charge/ External Affairs In-charge .
• Training in hospitality and guest service management is preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla. • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. • Good knowledge of GOB, including protocol issues and diplomatic privileges. • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work to meet deadlines.
