• Provide overall guidance and oversight to Financial Management of the company • Design business plans/strategies for maximizing revenue, profitability and liquidity • Provide leadership, direction and management of the team. • Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line of regulations. • Prepare strategic financial management plan. • Analyze Cost benefit of each activity in business processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum cost • Review and monitor financial compliance, carry out financial audits under GAAP & IFRS • Advise on Tax and VAT planning. • Develop and update the internal operational policy and procedures, implement the internal control procedures. • Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile.
• Graduation in any reputed University Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics are preferred major fields,FCA/FCMA will be preferred.
• Minimum 10-12 years of relevant industry experience.
• Well-versed with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) • Proper monitoring of VAT & TAX activities in compliance with all the Govt. laws, Act. & rules
