Job Description:

• Directing & Coordinating MD's daily priorities, appointments, calendar, tasks, meetings, deadlines, etc.
• Provide daily operational and high-level confidential support to MD.
• Daily review, coordination and anticipation of MD's needs, calendar, tasks as well as confirm, coordinate and organize corporate meetings.
• Screen incoming visitors, phone calls, communication and directed to MD for relevance, prioritization and importance.
• Screen MD's mail from outside and within the organization. Assist with completing deadlines, creating documents, assignments, gathering reports, information and initiate communication on behalf of MD.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries for MD, including flights, hotel, and other travel logistics.
• Set up MD's meeting and board meetings, that could include executive agendas and documents.
• Drafting Letter, Memo, Proposals, etc. as per Management instructions.
• Work with various projects and departments across the Group environment.
• Work as part of a team to support Management.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Required Education

• Master of Business Administration / M.A (MBA)
• Level and A Level background preferred.

Required Experience

• 2 to 3 years

Other Requirement

• Should have very good command over English (especially writing skill) is a MUST.
• Must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
• Responsible for timely delivery of tasks and maintaining quality.
