• Design, plan, coordinate, facilitate and conduct training and staff development programs and activities aligning with the business priorities and strategic goals; • Conduct training needs analysis and develop appropriate plans and programs to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the organization; • Plan and design annual training calendar and arrange training program as per plan; • Preparing annual training budget; • Evaluate training program's effectiveness in terms of employee accomplishments and performance; • Provide coaching, developmental support and guidance to new joiners / employees and acting as a resource person as needed; • Develop strategies in the change-management area; • Identify needs based on individual development plan, performance review and job analysis in consultation with the departmental heads; • Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners and coordinate induction program; • Develop a culture of learning and growth with a specific focus on developing a Proactive Culture; • Any other assignment as assigned by the top management
• MBA in HRM / MPHRM / Masters from any reputed institution. • PGD in HRM will be an added advantage
• 8-10 years of experience in relevant field is required
