• Take overall responsibility for the entire QA team and be the reporting lead for the QA team • Be always up to date with the latest platform and tool features that are being released to make the QA process more optimized • Be responsible for the end-to-end QC results for all production projects as per requirements • Estimate and schedule resource allocation on a daily/weekly basis in order to ensure all projects have the required quality levels and meet the deadline • Oversee daily QA operations and make necessary changes in resource allocation as required • Optimize QA Strategies with the help of in-house tools to ensure efficient utilization of resources is done on a continuous basis • Make quarterly team scaling plans for future projects and scaling capacities • Have regular knowledge sharing sessions to ensure all team members are following the most optimized way to do QA work • Have regular one-on-one sessions with the team members and be responsible for their overall performance and career development • Collaborate with Supply Chain Management team for selecting and onboarding the best vendors for new production projects • Develop weekly performance and status reports to present to management
• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
• 5-8 year of experience in relevant fields in the BPO industry. • Direct experience of managing image annotation Quality Control processes will be preferred.
• Excellent English written, verbal, and comprehension. • Will have to demonstrate ability to be able to adjust and work in a fast pace delivery environment during the hiring process • People management skills (experience of managing large teams)
