• Developing and implementing HR strategies • Initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy • Maintain pay plan and benefits program • Organizing Recruitment, Orientation, Training and Development. • Deal with all other HR related issues. • Take corrective action and monitor all corrective measures as advised by the buyer/compliance/auditors. • Responsible for establishing, liaising, coordinating and implementing all services and protecting interest of the company efficiently and effectively. • Liaison with BGMEA, BKMEA, compliance auditors, Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station etc. • Face the certification audit, obtained certificate and face other surveillance audits. • Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
• BBA/MBA major in marketing from any reputed University/ Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will add advantage
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant industry experience in any reputed knit & woven garments.
• HR policies development and implementation • Core HR knowledge and operations • Ability to work under pressure • Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills • Well-versed with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
