• Prepare product segment strategies for the product lines. • Conduct the third-party testing of products accordingly to the relevant standards and maintain the data base • Work closely with Regional Specification manager and his team in achieving the Flooring, Waterproofing & Repair specifications • Identifying need of new products and product modification in terms of clear business objectives, launching and supporting sales & spec to achieve growth in segment sales & GM • Branding & Product promotion through seminars, advertisements, exhibitions etc. • Analyzing competitors’ strategies to plan counter strategies in terms of business promotion & products. • Provide waterproofing, repairs & flooring solutions and help sales team formulate right mix of products for the project. • Collect and update region wise case study, job reference & testimonials. • Identifying gaps in terms of segment selling and strengthening specification selling.
• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engg
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in similar segment products or construction experience of building, bridges, Industrial plant etc.
• Good knowledge of Construction chemicals
