• Develop and execute Applicator strategy for recruitment, development, training for the regional business development and sustainability. • Responsible for providing solution to end customer / Key accounts thru’ effective Liasoning with all Sales/marketing/specification personnel for any Applicator led initiative / solution to the end customer • Responsible for Implementing all Strategic and Marketing/Portfolio actions as identified including New product launch actions & coordination for marketing seminars • Liaise with Central Marketing and ensure all L2/L3 training programmes for Applicators are effectively implemented and ensure applicators have the required tools to address the market need.. • Provide support to Manager Marketing and Sales leadership teams on customer complaint solutions for all non-admixture portfolios. • Lead and implement CSR activities for the region in consultation with the General Manager and Central Marketing. • Sample audit of Mega/Major projects for effective use of our application methodology in line with Technical data sheets • Ensure best practise in Applications including joint measurement with Key Accounts and periodic inspections for Mega/Major projects are effectively carried out. • Marketing implementation of Launch Action plans for non-admixture business in direct consultation to the Manager Sales, Specification teams, Head Sales • Gather information on and evaluate competitive products, policies and strategies to refine the company’s sales strategy in each product segment.
• Relevant Technical experience, Degree /Diploma in Civil Engg experienced in techno-commercial aspects
• About 5 to 10 years of relevant Construction Chemicals experience, preferably in non-admixtures business – relating to Waterproofing, Flooring, Repairs, Coatings and Grouts
• Intense engagement with Applicators, Specifiers, and Key Account community.
