• Contribute to the quality management policy based on the practical and on field experience • Improve Technical Quality SOP compliance and reduce the process failures • Monitor Technical Quality Audits of Deployment and Operational activities for sites on monthly basis • Build 'First Time Right' practice in Bangladesh for new sites as well as site upgrades • Do periodic Quality audit of Operational Sites to check the preventive maintenance and repair works at sites. • Customer Relationship Management • Play the role Quality SPOC at country level • Coordinate and work with customers, contractors and outsourcing firms to develop product requirement at Country level • Quality Driven Cost Optimization • Quality of customer engagement in Bangladesh for all customers • Quality and results of Preventive maintenance done at sites for all customers in Bangladesh
• B. Sc. Engineering from Reputed Institute (Preferably in Civil or Electrical Engineering)
• 'Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in a sales role in Telecom/Tower industry
